Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Spin The Super Wheel ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store terms.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the App to third parties
• Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Attempt to bypass any security features, access controls, or usage limits
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases ("Pro" upgrade and template packs). All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.

• Pro upgrade: A one-time purchase that unlocks premium features
• Template packs: One-time purchases for additional themed content
• Refunds: Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as they process all payments
• Restore purchases: You can restore previous purchases at any time through the App's settings

4. Free Tier and Advertisements

The free version of the App includes advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Free users receive a limited number of daily spins and can earn additional spins by watching rewarded ads. Advertisements are a core part of the free experience and help support ongoing development.

5. User-Generated Content

You may create custom wheels, segments, and configurations within the App ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by using the multiplayer room feature, you grant us a temporary license to transmit your User Content to other room participants for the duration of the session.

You are solely responsible for any User Content you create and share. Do not create content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes on others' rights.

6. Multiplayer Rooms

The multiplayer feature allows you to create or join rooms with other users. Room data is temporary and deleted when the room is closed. You agree to use multiplayer features respectfully and not to harass, abuse, or spam other participants.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, templates, graphics, sounds, and other content (excluding User Content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
