How do I restore my Pro purchase on a new device?
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase. Your Pro features will be restored automatically.
What does Pro include?
Pro unlocks unlimited spins, all 39+ premium templates, custom photos on segments, border and background styles, live presentation mode, unlimited multiplayer rooms, and removes all advertisements. It's a one-time purchase — no subscription.
How do I create a custom wheel?
Open any template and tap the edit icon (pencil). You can add, remove, or rename segments, change colors, add photos, and toggle animations. Your custom wheel is saved automatically under "My Wheels".
How does multiplayer work?
Tap the Rooms tab to create a room. Share the QR code or 6-character room code with friends. Choose "Host Controls" (only you spin) or "Take Turns" (everyone takes turns). All players see the spin result in real time.
Can I get a refund?
In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple) or Google Play Help (Android).
The app is crashing or not working properly
Try these steps: (1) Force close and reopen the app, (2) Check for app updates in your app store, (3) Restart your device, (4) Reinstall the app (your purchases can be restored). If the issue persists, contact us with your device model and OS version.
